Invite Us to Your Event

In addition to annual fairs, festivals and neighborhood events, the 911 Kids Club is available to any organization or school that makes a formal request to have us come to your site and make and distribute ID cards. We need the following:

A minimum of 25 children to participate
A covered area, if outdoors
Access to an electrical outlet
One table and two folding chairs

Once the request is submitted (see request form below), we will review our confirmed schedule of events, as well as our volunteer availability to determine whether we can accommodate the request. Once we determine that we can participate in your event, we will provide everything else necessary to distribute the 911 Kids Club cards. We also hand out 911 activity and coloring books and 911 stickers to the kids.

Your formal request needs to include the following information:

Contact name and phone number of the requesting individual or organization
Name of the event
Approximate count of children attending
Preferred date and time of the event
Alternate date(s), if any, in case your first date is already booked.

Due to Covid-19, the 911 Kids Club is unable to guarantee that we will be able to appear at any future venues. We look forward to resuming our busy schedule when it is safe to do so and encourage you to check back often for updates. Feel free to submit your request form and we will accommodate as conditions allow.

As much as we'd like to list every Community Outreach Event we've attended over the years, there's just not enough room to list over 2,500 events. But the following is a partial list of events, with many of them being attended every year since our program began in 1997.

When we are invited, we do our best to attend, from Everett to Centralia, FREE of charge, to the requesting organization and the families that participate. If you'd like us at your event, please ask!
